This document sets forth the General Terms and Conditions of Use (“General Terms”) applicable to the access, browsing, and use of the services offered by AtlasCash, operated by Codespark LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 (hereinafter, “AtlasCash”, “we”, “our” or “the Platform”).
These General Terms are binding for all users who access and use the services provided through the website www.atlascash.net (hereinafter, the “Site”). By accessing the Site and/or using the services, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms. If you do not agree with them, you must refrain from using the services.
1. PURPOSE
AtlasCash is a technology platform that allows users to:
Purchase crypto assets using credit cards or other payment methods available on the Platform through services provided by third parties.
Receive the purchased digital assets directly into a non-custodial wallet, automatically created upon registration, and exclusively controlled by the user.
Request the conversion of those assets into local currency and withdraw the funds to a bank account held in the user’s name.
AtlasCash does not provide payment services, is not a financial institution, and does not act as a custodian of users’ funds or assets.
2. ACCEPTANCE AND MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS
Using the services implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms. AtlasCash may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be posted on the Site and will become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications will constitute acceptance thereof.
3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT
To use the services, users must register on the Platform using their email address or other available authentication providers. Registration creates a personal, non-transferable account and a non-custodial wallet solely controlled by the user. AtlasCash does not have access to private keys and cannot initiate operations on behalf of the user.
The user declares that they are of legal age, have legal capacity to contract, and are the legitimate holder of the payment methods and bank accounts used.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some services available on the Platform, such as crypto asset purchases or identity verification (KYC), are provided by external third parties. By using such services, the user accepts the respective third-party terms and acknowledges that AtlasCash is not responsible for their performance or operation.
5. CONVERSION AND WITHDRAWAL IN LOCAL CURRENCY
Once digital assets are received, the user may request their conversion into local currency. The estimated amount to be received, including all applicable fees, will be displayed prior to confirming the transaction. The funds will be transferred to the bank account provided by the user within the timeframes indicated on the Platform.
6. FEES AND COSTS
Use of the services may involve fees charged by AtlasCash and/or third-party providers. All fees will be disclosed in advance to the user. By confirming a transaction, the user expressly accepts the associated costs.
7. USER OBLIGATIONS
The user agrees to:
Use the Platform in accordance with the law and these Terms.
Provide truthful and updated information.
Refrain from using the services for illegal or fraudulent activities.
Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AtlasCash does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the services and is not liable for failures caused by third parties, market fluctuations, user errors, or events beyond its control. The user assumes all risks associated with the use of crypto assets, including their volatility and potential loss of value.
9. SUPPORT
Users may contact AtlasCash for questions or support via hola@atlascash.net or through the channels provided on the Site.
10. TERMINATION
Users may request the closure of their account at any time. AtlasCash may suspend or cancel a user account for breach of these Terms, detection of suspicious activity, or prolonged inactivity. Termination of the account shall not affect already initiated operations or release the user from pending obligations.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including trademarks, logos, designs, software, and databases, are the property of AtlasCash or third parties authorized for such use, and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
12. INDEMNITY
The user agrees to hold harmless AtlasCash from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions or omissions or from improper use of the Platform.
13. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of said jurisdiction.
If you use the services of AtlasCash, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions stated in this document.

El presente documento establece los Términos y Condiciones Generales de Uso (los “Términos Generales”) aplicables al acceso, navegación y uso de los servicios ofrecidos por AtlasCash, operado por Codespark LLC, una sociedad de responsabilidad limitada registrada en el Estado de Wyoming, Estados Unidos, con domicilio en 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801 (en adelante, “AtlasCash”, “nosotros”, “nuestro” o “la Plataforma”).
Estos Términos Generales resultan obligatorios y vinculantes para todos los usuarios que accedan y utilicen los servicios brindados a través del sitio web www.atlascash.net (en adelante, el “Sitio”). Al acceder al Sitio y/o utilizar los servicios, usted declara haber leído, entendido y aceptado estos Términos Generales. Si no está de acuerdo con ellos, deberá abstenerse de utilizar los servicios.
OBJETO
AtlasCash es una plataforma tecnológica que permite a los usuarios:
Comprar criptoactivos utilizando tarjetas de crédito u otros medios de pago disponibles en la Plataforma a través de servicios provistos por terceros.
Recibir los activos digitales directamente en una wallet no custodiada, creada automáticamente al registrarse, y controlada exclusivamente por el usuario.
Solicitar la conversión de dichos activos a moneda local y su retiro a una cuenta bancaria de titularidad del usuario.
AtlasCash no presta servicios de pago, no es una entidad financiera ni actúa como custodio de los fondos o activos de los usuarios.
ACEPTACIÓN Y MODIFICACIÓN DE LOS TÉRMINOS
El uso de los servicios implica la aceptación plena y sin reservas de estos Términos Generales. AtlasCash podrá modificar los Términos en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones serán informadas en el Sitio y tendrán vigencia desde su publicación. El uso continuado de la Plataforma luego de la modificación implicará su aceptación.
REGISTRO Y CUENTA
Para utilizar los servicios, el usuario deberá registrarse en la Plataforma mediante correo electrónico o proveedores de autenticación disponibles. El registro genera una cuenta personal e intransferible y una wallet no custodiada de la que el usuario es único titular. AtlasCash no tiene acceso a las claves privadas ni puede realizar operaciones en nombre del usuario.
El usuario declara ser mayor de edad, contar con capacidad legal para contratar y ser titular de los medios de pago y cuentas bancarias que utilice.
SERVICIOS PRESTADOS POR TERCEROS
Algunos servicios disponibles en la Plataforma, como la compra de criptoactivos o la verificación de identidad (KYC), son prestados por terceros externos. Al utilizar dichos servicios, el usuario acepta sus términos y condiciones y reconoce que AtlasCash no es responsable por su prestación ni funcionamiento.
CONVERSIÓN Y RETIRO EN MONEDA LOCAL
Una vez recibidos los activos digitales, el usuario podrá solicitar su conversión a moneda local. El monto estimado a recibir, con todas las comisiones aplicables incluidas, se mostrará antes de confirmar la transacción. El retiro se realizará a la cuenta bancaria proporcionada por el usuario, dentro de los plazos indicados en la Plataforma.
COMISIONES Y COSTOS
El uso de los servicios puede implicar comisiones por parte de AtlasCash y/o de los proveedores externos. Todas las tarifas serán informadas con antelación al usuario. Al confirmar una operación, el usuario acepta expresamente los costos asociados.
OBLIGACIONES DEL USUARIO
El usuario se compromete a:
Utilizar la Plataforma conforme a la ley y estos Términos.
Proporcionar información veraz y actualizada.
No utilizar los servicios para actividades ilegales o fraudulentas.
Mantener la confidencialidad de sus credenciales de acceso.
LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
AtlasCash no garantiza la disponibilidad continua de los servicios ni se responsabiliza por fallas de terceros, fluctuaciones del mercado, errores operativos del usuario o eventos fuera de su control. El usuario asume todos los riesgos derivados del uso de criptoactivos, incluyendo su volatilidad y posible pérdida de valor.
SOPORTE
El usuario podrá contactar a AtlasCash para consultas o asistencia a través del correo hola@atlascash.net o por los canales indicados en el Sitio.
TERMINACIÓN
El usuario podrá solicitar el cierre de su cuenta en cualquier momento. AtlasCash podrá suspender o cancelar la cuenta del usuario por incumplimiento de estos Términos, detección de operaciones sospechosas o inactividad prolongada. El cierre de la cuenta no afectará operaciones ya iniciadas ni eximirá al usuario de cumplir sus obligaciones pendientes.
PROPIEDAD INTELECTUAL
Todos los contenidos del Sitio, incluyendo marcas, logotipos, diseños, software y bases de datos, son propiedad de AtlasCash o de terceros que han autorizado su uso, y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Su uso no autorizado está prohibido.
INDEMNIDAD
El usuario se obliga a mantener indemne a AtlasCash frente a cualquier reclamo, demanda o perjuicio derivado de sus acciones u omisiones, o del uso indebido de la Plataforma.
JURISDICCIÓN Y LEY APLICABLE
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming, Estados Unidos. Toda controversia será resuelta por los tribunales competentes de dicha jurisdicción.
Al utilizar los servicios de AtlasCash, usted declara haber leído, comprendido y aceptado todos los términos y condiciones establecidos en este documento.
